Are you an installer with an existing customer base? Load it into the partner portal in one go. Name and email is enough • the customer then claims their own account and gives the ERE authorisation themselves. Whether that's five or your whole base.

Customers looking for a charger end up with you.
When someone requests a charger via joulo.nl/offerte, we forward that request to installers nearby. No entry costs, no lead fees.
Set your service area
In the portal you specify which postcode areas you cover. Only requests inside those areas reach you.
Request comes in
At most three installers receive the same request. You first see the type of charger and the region, not yet the customer's details.
Take it or decline
Take it and you get the customer's details and write your own quote. Declining costs you nothing • not responding does: after 2 business days the request moves to another installer.
Report back
Let us know whether it turned into a job. Installers who respond fast and report back get more requests.

Every charging session is automatically converted into ERE credits. No manual entry.
Payout
Quarterly and automatic. The split between you and your customer is set during onboarding. Joulo retains up to 10% service fee.
No manual work, no screenshots, no meter readings. Joulo reads the full session data automatically from the backend and files it with the NEa. The customer sees money in their account every quarter.

- OCPP-compatible chargers • 16 brands directly supported, others via OCPP 1.6 or 2.0
- EAN number of the charging point • provided during onboarding via API or manually
- IBAN for quarterly payout • quarterly statement in the partner portal
- Partner agreement • accepted online in the partner portal, defines fee, attribution and revenue split
