From now on, your neighbours charge for free
By day, while you are out and power costs next to nothing, your neighbours charge free with you. They pay nothing, you keep your ERE.

A Tuesday with Share
Piet lives three doors down
He has no driveway. You do, and you are out all day. This is how that works together, from Monday afternoon to your payout.
Tomorrow power is nearly free
Around one o'clock your app knows what power costs tomorrow. Between 10:00 and 16:00 the price drops below what your ERE earns. Then charging costs you nothing.
Free charging
No free hour through tomorrow
0 hours long • you come out ahead
Your driveway opens tomorrow
Nothing for you to do. You flipped the switch once, and the hours move with the price every day.
Your driveway
Open • tomorrow 10:00 to 16:00
Piet pulls onto your driveway
You are at the office. Piet sees in his app that your spot is open, plugs in and taps 'I'm charging now'. No card, no payment request.

open until 16:00 • free
Piet charges, you come out ahead
You pay for his power, but right now it costs next to nothing. The payout for what he charges is yours. On what you share, we charge nothing.
You come home. The driveway is yours again.
At 16:00 your driveway closes by itself, just as your app said yesterday. Piet is long gone. You plug in yourself.
Closed
• Piet charged 11.2 kWh • open again tomorrow at 10:00
Your payout, with Piet in it
Every quarter we transfer the money. What Piet charged at your place is in there, and we keep none of it.
The hours and amounts come from tomorrow's power price (EPEX day-ahead, tax and VAT included) and our latest ERE sale. Our service fee comes off your own sessions, not off what you share. Piet is an example, the sum is not.
For Piet, and anyone without a driveway
Charging at your neighbours
No charge card, no subscription, no payment requests. A free Joulo account and a neighbour who opens their driveway.
Search your street
You see who is open today, at street level. You get the address once your neighbour lets you in.
Ask if you may charge
Your neighbour decides. Already invited? With the code you are in their list right away.
Plug in and tap
One tap says you are charging. Later you claim your session. That is all.
At Johan's • Kerkstraat
You pay nothing. Your neighbour gets the payout on what you charge, and it covers his power.
